Tribble is a senior correspondent at Kaiser Health News. Formerly a health reporter and producer at 90.3 WCPN and WVIZ/PBS ideastream, Tribble’s stories frequently aired on NPR’s Morning Edition and All Things Considered as well as other programs. In addition, Tribble appeared regularly as a contributor and guest on WVIZ/PBS’s Friday talk show ideas and is an Emmy-winning host of the Cleveland station’s health care programming.
Tribble spent more than a decade reporting on health care, banking, Silicon Valley tech, and energy for former Knight Ridder newspapers, including the San Jose Mercury News, Charlotte Observer, Fort Worth Star-Telegram and The Wichita Eagle. Her technology and health care work as a 2000 Kaiser Media Fellow appeared in the New York Times and Los Angeles Times.
Tribble lives in the D.C.- area suburbs with her two children, her husband, journalist Michael Tribble, and their enormous, furry rescue cat, Landon.
